DAY 1 - ARRIVAL AT SRINAGAR

• On your arrival at the Srinagar International Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will assist and escort you to your vehicle.
• Enjoy a 35-minute drive until you reach the heart of the New Srinagar city. The drive takes you past the Abdullah Bridge which connects the banks of the Jhelum River.
• On reaching, check-in to the houseboat. Later, go on a 90-minute Shikara ride in Dal Lake which glides past some wonderful vegetable garde...
• Enjoy your dinner and overnight stay in the houseboat.

DAY 2 - SRINAGAR – GULMARG (56 KMS / 2-3 HRS)

• After breakfast, begin your country tour towards Gulmarg.
• The drive takes you past colourful villages and rice fields, giving you an insight of the rich cultural past of Kashmir. Arrive at a small picturesque market town of Tangmarg and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg.
• Arrive in Gulmarg early in the afternoon and check-in at your hotel.

DAY 3 – GULMARG

• Post breakfast, enjoy a short tour around the meadow. In Gulmarg, board the Gondola cable car system and ascend towards the Afarwatt Mountain range. The 08-minute of ropeway will take you past colourful shepherd hutments to the lower ridge of the Afarwatt peak. From here you can click lots of photos of the nearby mountain ranges that stand tall like sentinels guarding the rich natural beauty of Kashmir valley.

DAY 4 - GULMARG - PAHALGAM (145 KMS / 5 HRS)

• Today after breakfast in Gulmarg, you will be transferred to the scenic town of Pahalgam. This small town set on the banks of Lidder river is the base camp for various scenic treks and also for the annual Amarnath yatra. Feel the clean unpolluted air as you reach Pahalgam and check-in to your hotel.
• Later, explore the town on your own.
• Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel.

DAY 5 – PAHALGAM

• Post breakfast, rest of the day is at leisure. You can opt to visit local Bazar, feeling the vibes of typical Kashmiri Lifestyle or ride by horseback across the wildlife sanctuary towards Baisaran meadows (optional excursion to Aru, Chandanwari on extra cost).
• Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel.

 

DAY 6 - PAHALGAM – SRINAGAR (90 KMS / 3 HRS)

• After breakfast, proceed back to Srinagar.
• On reaching, check-in at the hotel.
• Later, proceed for sightseeing that includes a visit to the famous Mughal gardens of Nishat and Shalimar - built in between a period of 14 years, the two gardens are a heritage left behind by the erstwhile Mughals.
• Later, drive to market area for your shopping (don't miss on Kashmiri shawls and carpets).
• Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel.

DAY 7 - SRINAGAR DEPARTURE

• After breakfast, check-out and transfer to the airport in time to board your flight for your onward journey.
